Gourmet Chocolate Cheesecakes





A gourmet chocolate cheesecake is very easy to make. You can make cheesecake gifts for your chocoholic friends and loved ones. They are perfect gifts for any special occasion. It just takes about an hour to make one and any person who’s really into chocolates will be happy to receive and eat it. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to make a 10-inch gourmet chocolate cheesecake. You will need a tablespoonful of powdered cocoa, 2 tablespoonfuls of sugars, 2 eggs and 6 tablespoonfuls of softened butter as well as 3 egg yolks, a tablespoonful of pure vanilla extract and 6 ounces of chopped gourmet chocolate squares along with 15 vanilla wafers and 20 ounces of cream cheeses.
   
1st Step – You will place the wafers, cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of butter in a food processor or blender. You must grind it until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2nd Step – You must heat the oven at exactly 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3rd Step – After this, you must butter a springform pan which measures 10 inches. Remember to evenly press the crust over the bottom area of the pan. You can use the flat bottom portion of a glass bowl to flatten the crust.
 
4th Step – You can now melt the gourmet chocolate and the 4 tablespoons of butter in a double boiler. While waiting for the chocolate to melt, you can let the cream cheese warm up in to oven.

5th Step – Once the chocolate and the cream cheese are ready, you can place them both in a mixing bowl or food processor along with the sugar, eggs, egg yolks and blend or mix them until they are thoroughly combined.

6th Step – You must place all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor until they are all combined.

7th Step – Lastly, pour over the mixed ingredients unto the crust. You will bake the ingredients for around 35 minutes.

8th Step – Once the cheesecake is cooked, allow it to cool completely.
