You can use easy recipes in making irresistible and gorgeous selections that can give you enough to handle your whole holiday gift list. Below are some if the easiest gourmet chocolates that you can make and you can offer this holiday season.

1st Step – Chocolate peanut butter balls are considered as one of the easiest and best gourmet gifts to make. Mix around 1 ½ cup of smooth peanut butter, 1 cup of melted butter, 1 ½ cup of crushed Graham crumbs and 4 cups of sugar in a bowl. Let the ingredients chill for about 2 hours. After this, form the chilled mixture into balls and dip them into 2 cups of melted gourmet chocolate. Lastly, place the chocolate balls on wax paper to let them dry.

2nd Step – You must mix equal parts of white almond bark and gourmet chocolate as great gourmet gifts. You must melt the almond bark in a microwave oven. When the almond bark is melted, add the gourmet chocolate and microwave for about a minute or until the chocolate is completely melted. You can use the mixture to coat pretzels and other stuff.

3rd Step – For chocolate truffles, you have to bring ½ cup of heavy whip cream to a boil. Then, place 8 ounces of melted chocolate and 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter into the whip cream. Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours. After this, you can now scoop the chocolate and shape them into balls. You can roll the balled chocolates in coconut, groundnuts and unsweetened cocoa. Lastly, refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
